Employee Assistance Program
Employers of choice offer their staff access to counselling services, as they recognise the value of happy staff. Whether staff are struggling to cope with workplace relationships, personal issues, grief or loss, or simply need some tools to help them cope, Professional Counselling is what we specialise in.
There are several options available to Employers, with minimal outlay. Registration to Employee Assistance Programs with Focal Edge allow you to advertise membership to the program, and we supply you with posters, business cards and brochures for staff. Staff can then contact us confidentially to arrange an appointment. Membership offers discounted rates for appointments, and Employers can offer that rate on to staff and their families, or even meet the costs or partial costs.
